Water in Summer 1 by Caltha

This is "the neck", a creature from Swedish mythology. He plays his fiddle or harp so beautifully that people walk into the water and drown. Or he turns himself into a white horse and runs into the water with anyone who mounts him. Or he turns himself into an attractive object floating on the water, like a waterlily, and drags the people who touch it down. Or he simply drowns bathing people. Or he allures/forces young women into the water with him.
